Developer Nimblebites Pushes Gaming Innovation with Super-B

South Korean digital game developer Nimblebites plans to launch Super-B, a new game pushing the technical envelope of gaming. In the Super-B brick world environment, players fight, build, and make friends through their toy-like avatars.

Nimblebites will leverage Sui, the only blockchain built for mass adoption, for the game's digital asset ownership component, and Walrus, the decentralized storage platform, for onchain asset storage. Along with Sui technologies, the game will make use of artificial intelligence to enhance gameplay.

Nimblebites is a Web3-focused game studio founded by veteran developers with over 20 years of experience at leading Korean gaming companies such as NCSoft, Kakao, and Wemade. With its advanced AI agent technology and high-quality rendering capabilities, Nimblebites is developing Super-B, a decentralized social gaming platform powered by blockchain technology.

Super-B will benefit from Sui's sub-second transaction times, scalability, and user adoption features such as sponsored transactions and zkLogin. These features ensure Super-B meets the expectations of players used to seamless multiplayer online experiences, while removing the typical friction points of other blockchains.

Nimblebites's use of Walrus for storage maximizes the potential for programmable data. The company will develop tools for user-generated content in Super-B, with assets stored on Walrus. Onchain storage will ensure accessibility and asset ownership for players, creating a new frontier in gaming.

The studio held a closed beta of Super-B last year and will continue to offer structured playtests up to Super-B's public launch planned for the third quarter of 2025.
