Hydropower Accelerator Cohort 2 Empowers 12 New Sui Projects

For the second Hydropower cohort, early-stage and Mainnet-launched projects participated in curated sessions, received mentorship from leading ecosystem teams, and benefited from resources provided by the Sui Foundation and its partners.

The Hydropower program accelerates the growth of unique projects led by gritty, dynamic founders. To support their success, teams joined expert-led sessions on emerging technology, legal and accounting fundamentals, tokenomics, go-to-market strategy, branding, pitch practice, and investor engagement.

Throughout the program, teams formed strategic partnerships with established Sui projects and fellow cohort members. Several are now live on Sui Mainnet or scaling rapidly, with many actively raising strategic rounds.

Here are the twelve teams that participated in the second Hydropower cohort:

1. Dexter, an agentic liquidity management protocol, automates liquidity provisioning to maximize yields across DeFi protocols. Its LLM-powered chat interface simplifies DeFi interactions, enabling users to manage assets, trade, and optimize positions with AI-driven insights and suggestions.
2. Lemon Farm Labs LemonFarm lets users build and deploy apps on Sui through a chatbot in a browser. Launch Sui apps in 6 minutes instead of 6 months without writing any code. 
3. Newmoney's agentic wallet allows users to manage both their cash and crypto with the help of AI. The wallet supports Sui, EVM, Solana, and BTC, featuring ready-to-use agents that can manage liquidity positions, dollar-cost average, execute trades, and provide valuable social sentiment and technical analysis insights.
4. NODO is an AI-powered platform that enables users to maximize yields through customizable portfolio optimization workflows, featuring AI-driven liquidity management predictions and personalized APY settings. The solution aggregates price momentum data from prediction and perpetuals markets through an AI agent prediction keeper network, while providing a risk management interface for precise control over asset selection and exposure.
5. Pawtato, an app aggregator on Sui, provides a powerful DeFi utility suite. It offers real-time notifications, wallet and portfolio tracking, protocol monitoring and alerts, NFT insights, and seamless ecosystem connectivity, all in one platform.
6. RaidenX is a cross-platform trading terminal with unmatched performance and friendly UX. RaidenX is expanding to a comprehensive DeFAI data layer that powers AI-enabled trading apps and agents while lowering UX barriers to make trading on Sui safer, more secure, and accessible to all.
7. River is a platform for building and monetizing AI agents. It enables seamless revenue sharing between creators, developers, and investors, powering an open and sustainable AI economy.
8. Sage Protocol powers decentralized social experiences with onchain building blocks for identity, connections, content, and interactions. Developers get tools to weave next generation social features into any app, while users gain ownership of their online presence and social graph.
9. talentum is an all-in-one platform for top Web3 projects and crypto-native enthusiasts to come and work together. The project lets users earn rewards on Sui by exploring the ecosystem through such activities as quizzes, content creation, and challenges.
10. Unexia is a next generation global fund for health that makes funding faster, fairer, clearer, and better. Unexia revolutionizes funding global health impact through decentralized funding pools, health impact tokenization, and onchain hybrid finance.
11. VeniceFi simplifies Bitcoin yield generation on cross-chain DeFi. It aggregates and approves cross-chain DeFi protocols on which users can lend their Bitcoin to earn yield and accumulate returns.
12. World3 offers a library of AI agents and a no-code AI agent builder, letting users deploy custom autonomous agents across a wide range of apps, including DeFi platforms and games.
