Powering the Next Era of AI on Sui with WAYE.ai
From in-game NPCs to social media personalities, WAYE is turning AI agents into useful, persistent digital collaborators.

AI agents are quickly evolving from a futuristic novelty into an everyday reality. What started as simple chatbots or personal assistants is now transforming into something much more dynamic, autonomous digital beings that can interact, collaborate, and even act on our behalf across the digital world.
WAYE is building an open platform for these next-generation agents, which are intelligent, autonomous tools designed to help users navigate the increasingly complex digital world. From managing predictions on upcoming events to representing your voice on social platforms or coordinating a team of AI agents to run digital errands, WAYE envisions a future where every user commands a digital workforce.
Whether it’s a social agent maintaining your online presence or a task-focused assistant handling research and outreach, AI agents are becoming involved in more aspects of our day-to-day lives.
Reimagining agents for the Web3 world
The foundational idea behind WAYE is simple but ambitious: in the near future, people won’t just use AI agents, they’ll collaborate with them. These agents will handle specific tasks, adapt to personality-driven roles, engage more naturally with others, and coordinate with fellow agents to accomplish things no single AI could manage alone. But to make that future possible, the infrastructure needs to evolve.
While centralized systems can support fast, lightweight interactions, they don’t allow AI agents to act with real autonomy. On the other hand, decentralized platforms offer that freedom, but most struggle with the speed and throughput required to support high-frequency agent activity. Sui stands apart by combining decentralization with the performance needed to make autonomous AI agents truly viable.
As a blockchain built for high throughput and scalability, Sui provides a natural home for autonomous agents to thrive. With its object-based data model, low-latency finality, and gas fees that are both low and stable, Sui offers a foundation that matches the high-frequency, low-cost nature of AI interactions. For WAYE, Sui isn’t just a tool, it’s the foundation that enables a new kind of digital autonomy to scale.
WAYE’s broader vision is about more than just individual productivity. It’s about scaling autonomy itself, moving from single-agent assistants to ecosystems of agents capable of coordination, delegation, and real-time engagement. These agents can reclaim time, sustain engagement, provide continuity across platforms, and scale in ways no single person or team could.
From games to swarm intelligence
WAYE first launched OG Battlefront, a mini-app merging old-school arcade gaming with crypto culture. Leveraging a Telegram-based AI chatbot to start the game and open the mini-app, players compete in a game reminiscent of games like Space Invaders or Galaga and earn WAYE tokens to purchase upgrades and in-game cosmetics. With over 50,000 users joining in the first two months and growing to half a million within five, it became a great demonstration of how accessible and engaging AI-powered apps can be.

Then came their Orbu.AI Prediction Game, a prediction-market experience that took WAYE’s vision to another level. Released in July, 2024, OrbuAI paired swarm intelligence with mobile gaming, letting users make predictions on everything from token prices and entertainment headlines to tech milestones and sports events. Players can even create their own prediction competitions, creating a participatory and dynamic environment.
Building on this, WAYE is preparing to launch their latest product, WAYEger - a prediction agent designed to analyze sports statistics and price data with exceptional speed and precision. As part of their broader vision, WAYEger shows how their AI agents can reach beyond community-driven games into high-performance tools for insight and decision-making.
Creating your own digital workforce
This year, WAYE took another step forward with the launch of its Character AI Launchpad. Partnered with ElizaOS and powered by Sui, this feature allows users to create their own AI agents, not just avatars, but persistent social entities. These agents can be linked to an X account and autonomously interact with replies, creating a kind of digital personality that continues conversations even when the human behind it is offline.
While these agents are currently designed for social engagement, the vision expands much further, to build personal, task-oriented agents that handle scheduling, organization, and research. It’s the beginning of a world where users can design their own AI workforce, customized to their goals, voice, and intent.
Partnering with MetalCore to bridge worlds
A powerful illustration of WAYE’s vision came in January 2025, through a collaboration with the game MetalCore. By integrating WAYE-powered AI agents as socially active NPCs, MetalCore gave its in-game factions a voice on platforms like Discord and X. These NPCs weren’t just static characters, they’re actively evolving alongside the game’s narrative, reacting in real-time and creating new ways for players to engage outside the game itself.
Since integrating WAYE AI agents, the MetalCore Game token, MCG, has seen over 6,700 transactions and more than $200,000 in swap volume. More importantly, it showed how AI agents can serve as bridges between virtual and real worlds, turning games into living ecosystems where players and agents coexist.
A glimpse into the agent-driven web
WAYE is still early in its journey, but it’s already making a strong case for how AI agents can reshape how we work, play, and interact online. By building on Sui, it unlocks a path to build on a decentralized platform where agents can act autonomously and efficiently without being bottlenecked by latency or fees.
As digital interactions become more complex and constant, WAYE is offering a model for how to keep up. It’s a future of digital collaboration and intelligent autonomy, and it’s already underway on Sui.
